Accidents and Injuries

In case of an accident or injury there is required reporting. For additional information, visit the College of Engineering's website for reporting procedures.

Also AOSS HRD (Sue Griffin at susangri@umich.edu) must receive a copy of the medical form and the AOSS Safety Committee must receive a copy of the incident report.
